Everything looks great...I am so proud of the work your staff has done with working our new addition.  Even down to the wood and trying to match it and the cover over the stairs...my special requests in the bathroom...you all made this as if you can handle anything.

Again, I am so very pleased with the house and everything everyone has done...very professional, easy to talk to and everyone seemed so interested in getting the job done on time and correctly!

Quite often, when people have major renovations done, they’re generally happy with the work in the beginning since any change can be viewed as an improvement.  The real test of customer satisfaction is how people feel about your work six months or more down the road.  It's been almost a year for us,  and I’m delighted to report that Ken and I are even more happy with our renovations now than when the job was first complete.  The reason is that we’ve had a good, long time to look things over, use the new space and facilities, see how easy they are to maintain, and just how well they met our desires and expectations.  On all counts, we are exceedingly pleased.

Harold, last but not least, thank you for seeing to our complete satisfaction with the modification and finish on our custom built kitchen cabinets.  You sacrificed additional time and effort in making it exactly what we envisioned;  you were not only patient, but gracious as well.  For that we are most indebted...In the meantime, know that it has been, and will continue to be, our extreme pleasure to recommend Accutech to family, friends and associates.

I wanted to thank you for the wonderful job you did with the recent addition to our office.  I also wanted to express appreciation for the excellent service that you personally gave us from start to finish.  When friends and acquaintances would learn that we were in the midst of a major office addition, they would often respond with sympathy and relate stories of how difficult it was to work with contractors, citing problems with lack of dependability, lack of timeliness, hidden costs, poor quality of labor or materials, or attempts to “cut corners”.  Each and every one responded with a blank stare when I told them that we didn’t have any of those problems.  I feel that you were always available (usually on site), and took the time to provide communication with daily or weekly updates along all steps of the process.  We never had a problem that you could not solve.

Your initial estimate was timely and professional and accurate to the dollar.  I guess now that the project is complete I can tell you that your bid was 15% lower than a competing firm, and your proposal was detailed enough that we could tell that the finished product would be of the same quality...You did much of the exterior design plans and electrical plans yourself, saving us money...So maybe we’ve been spoiled by having you as our contractor.

I wondered from the beginning whether we could transform the existing old block building into something that the entire community could be proud of.  Thanks , in large part to your patience, creativity, and expertise, it came to pass.  I can’t tell you the number of positive comments made about the facility and how it seems to fit so naturally into the outdoor setting.

We were truly fortunate to have you as our contractor.  Witness the numerous design revisions before we had a signed contract!  I was very pleased with the quality of the work and your attention to detail.  You kept us apprised of the ongoing and scheduled progress and there were no surprise costs.  Since we performed the painting ourselves, the fact that you kept the jobsite neat and orderly was very helpful...Again, I offer my sincere thanks.
